It’s me… I’m Sapta.

Welcome to my little corner of the internet. This is where I share my journey of building a life that feels steady, peaceful, and true—on my terms. It’s been anything but simple. The process has called for deep unlearning, untangling, and reconnecting with a long-buried sense of intuition and self.

Life hasn’t always been gentle. It’s been full of losses, restarts, messy transitions, and moments of uncertainty. But through it all, I’ve discovered powerful tools to reclaim my sense of balance, purpose, and joy—tools like mindful movement, self-compassion, and the courage to rewrite old stories through somatic practices and reflection.

For those of us raised to play the “good girl” role, finding our own voice can feel like rebellion—like being a lil’ miss sassafrass. But I’ve come to see it as something deeper: a quiet, powerful act of self-reclamation.
