My Journey

Growing up, I often felt weighed down by the pressure to be perfect and the burden of others’ expectations. For years, I carried limiting beliefs that held me back from fully embracing who I was—until I decided enough was enough. I embarked on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation that led me to rebuild my life with self-love and empowerment at the center. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

My philosophy is simple: wellness is about finding what works for YOU—not following rigid rules or unrealistic ideals. Through humor, creativity, and heartfelt authenticity, I strive to make wellness feel accessible, fun, and empowering.

My Expertise

Yoga Instructor

I’m a certified yoga instructor with over 2100 hours in teaching and training holding a 500RYT and YACEP certifications through Yoga Alliance. My yoga practice focuses on empowering flows that honor your body, mind, and spirit, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi. I specialize in yoga for emotional healing, self-confidence, and stress relief.

Fitness Coach

With a background in Health Coaching, Personal Training, and Group Fitness certifications through ACSM and ACE since 2011, I design fitness routines that celebrate what your body can do while encouraging strength and resilience. My programs blend functional movement with a body-positive approach, helping you build both physical, mental, and emotional strength.

Mindfulness Practitioner

Through years of studying mindfulness and meditation, I’ve developed techniques to help you quiet the noise, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. I’ve trained in Transformational Embodiment facilitation through Coaching Evolved and offer guided meditations and journaling practices tailored to your unique journey.

Empowerment & Wellness Coach

As a certified Health Coach through ACE and Professional Certified Coach through the ICF approved Coaching Evolved program, I’m passionate about helping individuals break free from limiting beliefs and step into their authentic power. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, or online courses, my goal is to guide you toward a life filled with confidence, joy, and purpose.

I’m not here as an expert—I’m a fellow traveler, a guide walking alongside you on this journey of self-love, growth, and mindful living. My mission is to explore what it means to truly care for ourselves—in body, mind, and spirit—and to help others discover their own path to balance and wellbeing.

I believe that love is the foundation of everything that nourishes, heals, and allows life to thrive. But what does love really mean in the context of how we move, breathe, and live?

Through my own journey, I’ve learned that love isn’t just a feeling or something we wait to receive. It’s an active, ongoing practice that starts within. Real love begins when we learn to honor and nurture ourselves—caring for our bodies through mindful movement, calming our minds through presence, and listening to the quiet wisdom within. When we fill our own cup with this care and compassion, we can give to others from a place of abundance, attract relationships that honor us, and confidently set boundaries where they’re needed.
